When Your Account is Locked
You will need to reset your password and set it again. First, please ask your group's TR-COM administrator user to reset your password. Instructions for resetting your password are explained in "I forgot my password".
If there is no one other than you who can reset your password, please see "When there are no other administrator users".

About Account Locking
If you enter an incorrect password a certain number of times when logging in to the TR-COM website or app, your account will be locked. The following services will be unavailable until your account is unlocked.
