When You Forget Your Password
You will need to reset your password. First, ask your group's TR-COM administrator to reset your password. Instructions for resetting your password are provided in the next section.
If you are the only user who can reset your password, please see "When there are no other administrator users."
1. Reset your password
Caution
Password reset is a feature reserved for administrator users.
- Access the device information screen on the TR-COM Web
- Select [Management] to go to the group management screen.
- Click [User List].
- Click [Reset] in the Password column to reset your password.
- For further instructions, see "2. Reset Password."
2. Password Reset
After resetting your password, the relevant user will receive the following email. Please reset your password using the password setting link in the email.
