1. Open a group on TR-COM

About TR-COM group (account)

In TR-COM, one group is the unit of contract. A group (account) will be created for each application.

1. Register to use TR-COM

  1. Contact our sales representative about the email address of the person in charge of payment.
    • We will invoice the payment representative for the TR-COM cloud plan.

    Caution

    If the person in charge of payment and the person in charge of TR-COM operations are different, please ask the person in charge of payment to complete the steps up to "2.Register a user.

  2. After step 1, a TR-COM opening email will be sent to the payment manager.

    If you have not received the invitation email, please check here.

  3. Click on the "TR-COM Group Opening" link in the email you received.
  4. Enter each item on the new user registration application screen.

    Group registration information (*1)

    Please enter the billing address information regarding TR-COM.

    Representative registration information (*1)

    Please enter the information of the person in charge of payment.

    		 Please see below for the function to change registration information after creating a group.

2. I agree to the terms of use

How to check the TR-COM terms of use is as follows.

  1. Click [Terms of Use Download]
  2. Check the downloaded terms of use
  3. Check the contents of the checkbox and check it if there is no problem with the contents.

    ※

    The contents of the checkbox are as follows.

    • I have been authorized by the company to accept the Terms of Use
    • I agree to the terms of use
  4. Click [Apply]

(Supplementary) What is a representative administrator?

This is one of TR-COM's user categories, and in addition to administrator functions, this user is responsible for "contracts/payments related to TR-COM's cloud plan." Please note that there is only one representative administrator in a group. Also, regarding user classification, please check "About TR-COM user classification".
