When your account is locked
You need to reset your password and set it again. First, let's start with our own group's TR-COMAdministrator user to reset your password. Please note that the password reset method is "Forgot your password".
Also, if there is no other user who can reset the password, please check "When there is no other administrator user".

What is account lock?
If you enter the wrong password more than a certain number of times when logging in to the TR-COM web or app, your account will be locked. The following services will not be available until your account is unlocked. .
