When you forget your password
You need to reset your password and set it again. First, let's start with our own group's TR-COMAdministrator user to reset your password. Please see the next section for instructions on how to reset your password.
Also, if there is no other user who can reset the password, please check "When there is no other administrator user".
1. Reset your password
Caution
Password resetThis is a feature exclusively for administrator users.
- Access the device information screen on TR-COM Web
- Select [Management] and move to the group management screen
- Click [User List]
- Click [Reset] in the password column to reset your password.
- For subsequent operations, please check "2. Password reset".
2. Reset password
After resetting the password, the following email will be sent to the corresponding user. Please reset your password using the link in the email.
